Processing Times
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During holidays, new product launches, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the United States.​ Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it’s out of our control. If your order seems lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If additional help is needed, you can always reach out to us at [your email/contact info] and we’ll do our best to assist.

Warm Weather Notice
Because our products are natural and sensitive to heat, they may soften during warmer months. If possible, bring your package indoors as soon as it’s delivered.
