Because our soaps are handmade and personal care items, all sales are final for health and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at meadowandmud@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit!
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checking out.
Cancellations
We can accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. After that time, your order may already be in production or processing.
